Les manchons compensateurs doivent \u00eatre stock\u00e9s, mont\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art en usage sur l\u2019installation \u00e9quip\u00e9e de syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9s. Se conformer \u00e0 la notice d\u2019instruction fournie avec chaque manchon.\u00a0<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Absence de rayonnement solaire direct et, si possible, lumi\u00e8re faible.\n
Temp\u00e9rature conseill\u00e9e du local: entre 10 \/ 20\u00b0C. Les temp\u00e9ratures inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 0 \u00b0C sont acceptables sous r\u00e9serve de ne manipuler les manchons qu'apr\u00e8s un retour progressif aux temp\u00e9ratures positives.\nProscrire tout courant d'air. Avoir une ventilation naturelle minimale.\nL'ozone et les appareils produisant de l'ozone, doivent \u00eatre proscrits du local de stockage.\n
\nEviter tout contact avec des agents ou objets environnants agressifs: liquides, graisses, acides, bases, etc., objets tranchants ou particules incandescentes de soudure ou meulage.\n
\nLes empilages doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter une d\u00e9formation permanente sensible (onde, talon).\n
\nPratiquer la rotation des stocks. Utiliser les produits les plus anciens en premier .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Se conformer \u00e0 la notice d'instructions fournie avec chaque manchon compensateur. L'application de peinture sur les parties caoutchouc du manchon est \u00e0 proscrire. Le manchon ne doit pas \u00eatre calorifug\u00e9. Il ne doit pas \u00eatre expos\u00e9 \u00e0 la flamme (utiliser une housse pare-feu si n\u00e9cessaire). Le manchon compensateur est un isolant \u00e9lectrique. Pour \u00e9vacuer l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique ou pour une mise \u00e0 la masse de l'installation, il faut poser une tresse m\u00e9tallique entre les 2 brides.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Le manchon compensateur est \u00e0 inclure dans un plan de maintenance. Il doit \u00eatre parfaitement accessible, afin d'en faciliter le contr\u00f4le r\u00e9gulier et l'\u00e9ventuel d\u00e9montage.\n
    \nUn contr\u00f4le visuel ext\u00e9rieur (aspect, \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 du caoutchouc) et un contr\u00f4le du serrage des brides sont \u00e0 effectuer annuellement. Un d\u00e9montage pour inspection int\u00e9rieure tous les 3 \u00e0 10 ans est recommand\u00e9 en fonction de la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des conditions de service ou des r\u00e9glementations nationales en vigueur dans le pays.\n
