The choice depends primarily on three factors: the nature of the fluid being transported, the operating temperature, and the pressure. The movements to be compensated for (expansion, vibrations) must also be considered. Use our Configurator or refer to the colour codes of our interior coverings for a pre-selection.
Each color identifies the interior coating and its chemical compatibility:
- Green (CC): Heating and air conditioning water.
- Blue (DW): Drinking water (ACS) and sanitary water.
- Red (AR/CN): Abrasive products, industrial water, sea water.
- Yellow (YP): Strong acids and bases, aggressive chemistry.
- Orange (GZ): Gas, compressed air, fuel oil, hydrocarbons.
- Cream (EPC): Food grade.
The K Series is our versatile standard with rotating flanges. The KP Series is a reinforced version designed to withstand higher pressures (up to 25 bars), ideal for pumping stations or high pressure networks.
