The T series is the latest addition to the range of expansion joints from Dilatoflex®. It will satisfy the most common uses, whether for pressure, fluids and displacements, as well as specific needs (compatible with explosive atmospheres).

The series is offered in a wide range of diameters and drilling patterns. The corresponding displacement capacities are shown in the table below.
Maximum permissible displacements (maximum values do not apply simultaneously)
| DN | Nominal diameter | Nominal length Ln (mm) | Class 150 (PN20) | PN 25 | Maximum operating pressure (bar) | Vacuum ring required if vacuum greater than | Axial Compression Ln-Lc (mm) | Axial Elongation Le-Ln (mm) | Lateral Shearing R (mm) | Angular Angle α° (degree) | Approximate mass (kg) |

The T series is available in ATEX (explosive atmosphere) compatible quality.
Due to its insulating properties, rubber is a very poor conductor of electricity.
Due to their non-conductive nature, rubber conducts very little electricity. The use of earthing braids may be necessary if there is a need to dissipate static electricity, ground a pipe, or ensure equipotentiality between two pipes.
Unlike fixed or split flanges, rotating flanges allow misalignment between pipe flanges to be accommodated without subjecting the expansion joint to torsional stress. Twisting of elastomeric expansion joints is prohibited.
